    Jane! What a wonderful video... I loved every minute of it and it's really lovely to finally see you in action. That Ciabatta couldn't be more easy to make - you made me want to bake a couple of loaves right away!

    Many thanks, Viviane. The bread is easy but I had my fingers crossed the entire time-unfamiliar kitchen, oven etc. Heather and Joe Langhan made the experience a lot of fun for this newbie.
